HIVE is a mixed-use development in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, encompassing the headquarters of multidisciplinary IT sectors. The 600,000 square foot IT Park space contains office areas that are organized into neighborhoods, centralized spaces, and shared areas. The central full-height light canyons create visual connections across all six levels of the workspace, shortening travel distances between floors.
