Project Inception

Your in-depth project planning starts here; we will sit down with you over some really great coffee as you share all your project dreams and goals with us.

Schematic Design

Once we have fully identified with your vision, we will show you preliminary design sketches according to your unique requirements and budget so that all possible outcomes can be explored.

Design Development

Based on the schematic design, we will clearly define the project’s scope and final build. We will see to it that the design conforms to your budget and expectations.

Construction Documents

Give us the green light on design concepts and our creatively anxious architects will prepare drawings and design specifications. These are needed to acquire building permits and meet local regulatory requirements.

Contract Administration

We will provide consultation and advice during the construction phase. This includes regular on-site visits to ensure that all craftsmanship, design, and materials are in line with the contract and meet high-quality standards.

Occupancy Certificate

We will keep you up to speed with regular progress reports to keep you informed on the development of the entire project. Our involvement remains high until the project has been completely signed off.
